Description

An open house to nature, simplistic and with strong raw materials. Contemporary loft design inside and outside a courtyard garden and pool.

House to recover with all approved licensing projects and ready to start construction/renovation.
The house will have to be completely rebuilt, ensuring a completely new construction.
Project made for open space but that can be transformed into T1 or T2.
There is the possibility of choosing the finishes.

The main focus is to adapt it to local and sustainable architecture using natural and indigenous materials.
Raw material as principles and with a good adaptation to the environment and climate change. Also elegant aging of the material is required. For this theme we use:
- oak wood
- Concrete
- Mural paintings in shades of white
- Solid Terracotta Tiles
- Focal point of nature, light and color

As for the finishes, we chose matte or semi-matte materials, which are more resistant materials. Such as:
- Raw linen (suggested for interior design items)
- Leather (suggested for interior design items)
- Oak and other solid woods
- Concrete
- Zellige or similar white tiles
- Terracotta tiles

Its location is 1 hour from Lisbon, 15 minutes from Praia da Comporta or Tróia and 2 hours from the Algarve.
Comporta is a region on the northwest coast of Alentejo, in Portugal, south of the Lisbon metropolitan area.
It is one of the most exclusive summer destinations in Europe, which has earned the region the nickname “the Hamptons of Europe”.
The region that takes its name from the town of Comporta, covers the coastal areas of the Alentejo municipalities of Alcácer do Sal and Grândola.
It has become a notable center for design and home to a community of famous designers and artists, including fashion designer Christian Louboutin, architect Philippe Stark, designer Pierre Yovanovitch, painter Jason Martin, among others.
Comporta is associated with its so-called “Comporta Style”, the local architectural and design style characterized by traditional Alentejo and bohemian architecture and contemporary and ecological design.
